Action Research Project
Goal: Student motivation is very important for any school. Without student motivation, students will not be able to gain the knowledge needed; they will be hesitant when it comes to learning. My ultimate goal is to increase student motivation to where my students feel comfortable and achieve more in the classroom. How can I make sure my students are motivated enough to enjoy the learning experience in my classroom?

Hold a staff meeting that will discuss the data results about the effects of student motivation. Create a survey that includes the research results about student motivation. Teachers will meet to discuss the effectiveness of the chosen technique.
